Public Relation Officer

Agriculture Development Association (PARC) is seeking qualified candidates for the following
positions:

    
Location: Ramallah Governorate - West Bank

Qualification and Requirements:

1-High analytical and communication skills
2-Experience in development program within the Palestinian context
3-Excellent proposal and report writing
4-Strong command of English language, also knowledge of French or Spanish languages is preferable
5-Minimum B. A in Public relations or any other related field; economy, international relation, rural development…etc)
6-High computer skills
7-Minimum 5 years experience in public relations in local or international NGOs
8-Flexibility to work in West Bank and Jerusalem
9-Ability to work under pressure and within a team
10-Valid driving license
