Reef Finance is a microfinance company that specializes in financing small projects to empower marginalized groups by granting loans to agricultural, operational and other sectors and The Company offers its services through a network of branches spread throughout Palestine.
The Company announces for the following vacancies:

Public relations and fundraising specialist:

Jobs Responsibilities and Duties:

-    Identify and work on funding opportunities  from international and regional parties
-    Submit and follow up fund raising proposals with both national and international institutions.
-    Support Management in the development of the Company’s fundraising and communications strategy and action plans.
-    Contribute new ideas for fundraising and identify suitable funding initiatives, calls for proposals etc.
-    Follow up fund raising process starting from needs assessment, funding requirement designing, proposal writing, reporting and follow up.
-    Work on developing relationships with existing and potential supporters, writing reports to meet deadlines and submitting further applications for funding.
-    Assist in planning, developing and implementing PR strategies
-    Liaising with, and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations
-    Writing and editing in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports;
-    Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, hand-outs, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programs;
-    Organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions, and open days
-    Maintaining and updating information on the Company’s website and social media

Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required:

-    Bachelor degree in business, marketing, management, economic, English, journalism, or related filed.
-    At least two years’ experience in fundraising, PR and marketing.
-    Knowledge and relation with international institutions in Palestine is a plus.
-    Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce concise and creative proposals.
-    Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills required to build relationships with potential financing bodies.
-    Excellent spoken and written English is a must , other additional languages are a plus.
-    Excellent social and interpersonal skills.
-    Lives in the targeted area and has a good knowledge of it.
-    Excellent computer skills mainly in Microsoft Office.
-    Ability to work under pressure and ability to travel inside and outside Palestine.
