Job Description
A multi dimensional respectful organization based in Jerusalem working in the field of education, humanitarian aid, and development has the following vacancy:

Purchases & Administrative Officer (full time one year contract renewable)

Desired Qualifications:
-Ability to conduct market research
-Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
-Ability to follow up daily purchases logistics
-Punctuality in following up items and services requested
-Ability to maintain a timely billing system
-Ability to perform a variety of administrative and staff support duties
-Ability to establish, maintain, and update files, databases, and records
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Ability to manage time, multi-task and excel in a deadline-oriented environment
-Strong MS Office suite experience, including Word and Excel
-Strong team player, with ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
-Knowledge of different languages especially Hebrew is an asset

Experience and Education:
-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related field such as marketing, business administration, or accounting
-Fresh graduates are encouraged
Jerusalem identity and an Israeli driving license are required for this position.
