Purchasing Manager
Accountable to the Management, the candidate is responsible for covering all purchasing procedures and provision of all food and non food items of the hotel in compliance with the purchasing guideline and Quality Standards of the company. Must have a clear understanding of quality expectations of a upscale international hotel, be able to negotiate at the highest possible level and to liaise with authorities for imported products.
Reputed hotel or food related company experience a definite plus. Jerusalem ID essential.

Education and Knowledge: Work experience must be supported by a higher educational degree in their respective field of job application and supported by letters of recommendations.
