PWY Fellowship
The IREX Partnerships with Youth (PWY) project is recruiting for a youth fellow who will work in the PWY office in Ramallah, providing support to program activities and offering input and “youth voice” to the project. Sixty percent (60%) of the fellow’s time will be allocated to monitoring and evaluation (M&E) tasks and forty percent (40%) will be dedicated to other programmatic assignments.
The PWY Fellow will be responsible for:
-Collecting information related to the PWY project for success stories, tweets, Facebook posts, and biweekly reports;
-Interpreting and entering data into a database of beneficiaries;
-Ensuring M&E documents are complete and properly filed;
-Assisting with the implementation of training activities for youth in leadership, media, ICT, and employability topics; and
-Providing administrative support to the PWY internship program.
Desired Qualifications:
-Recent university graduate in relevant field.
-Demonstrated interest in and commitment to youth development.
-Previous experience as a volunteer.
-Good analytical and computer skills (including MS Word and Excel).
-Good communication skills.
-Team player and good work ethic.
-Creative and energetic.
-Strong English language speaking and writing skills are required.
The PWY fellowship program is intended to provide employability skills and practical work experience to fresh university graduates. The PWY Fellow will work part-time, approximately 24 hours per week, at a rate to be determined according to qualifications. To apply, please send an email to
