QA Software Engineers

Bisan Systems Ltd., the market leader in ERP solutions in Palestine, has an immediate, full-time career opening, based at its Ramallah headquarters for recently graduated QA Software Engineers

 Duties and Responsibilities:

-Write test plans and test cases and perform manual testing, regression testing, and automated testing on Bisan desktop and web applications.
-Responsible for defect documentation and usage of defect reporting tools (such as bugzilla).
-Responsible for Quality Assurance maintenance, continual improvement activities and applying all enhancements to the systems.
-Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns.
-Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer issues.
-Investigate the performance of Bisan applications and benchmark them against popular standards.
-Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, etc.
-Preparation of periodic QA results and reports.
-Work with the technical and program management teams during the project planning phase in requirements decomposition, task estimation and milestone definition.
-Work closely with other members of the software team.

 Minimum Qualifications:

-Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualifications.
-Fresh graduate with less than one year of experience is preferred.
-Good knowledge/experience with JavaScript, Java and relational database management systems.
-Good knowledge/experience Selenium and TestNG is a plus.
-Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
