Quality Assurance and Support Employee
Prepare and update test cases for new and existing features.
Execute test cases and apply different types of testing.
Investigate and debug issues to drive them to resolution.
Bug logging and tracking.
Prepare reports and user manuals.
Interact with customer support team to provide assistance and troubleshoot problems when necessary.

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent.
Familiar with QA tools and techniques, bug tracking systems and test design.
Experience in REST APIs.
Experience in web and mobile application testing.
Experience in customer support.
English with very good oral and writing communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
