One of the leading companies in Palestine located in Ramallah is seeking to hire the following vacancy :


Job Title: Quality Assurance Assistant

Job Purpose
Provide assistance in  the Quality Department by implementing procedures, and policies

Academic qualification
Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy

Main Duties:

-Assure that all practices are taken according to the company quality management system.
-Assure that all the company’s procedures are complying with local and International Standards in regards of GSP, GDP, GVP.
-Assist in conducting periodic internal audits.
-Follow up with the customer complaints.
-Assist in controlling Pharmaceutical dispensing process.
-Perform any other tasks required by the supervisor

Experience
At least one year experience in a related field

Languages
Fluent in Arabic and English

Personal Profile
Committed and able to work under pressure
Able to see things from the other person's point of view and a team player
Self-motivated

Skills
Computer skills: Must adept in use of MS Office Package, particularly Excel and Word
Reporting skills
Writing Skills
Organizational skills
Communication skills
