About the Training:

The technical training program is a long term training program of 3 -4 months (around 120

training hours) program that is directed towards advanced beginners who are already enrolled in

a tech field and looking forward to taking those skills to the next level and be market ready. The

training is project based and the participants are expected to learn a good level of technical

skills, Professional and soft skills support and English language support are also provided.

Training Information:

Our training program in Quality Assurance encompasses a wide range of topics, including both manual and automation techniques. To ensure comprehensive coverage, we are seeking to contract one or two experienced instructors who specialize in either manual or automation techniques. If you have a solid background in either of these areas, we encourage you to apply and submit a detailed training plan. Your plan should clearly outline the specific topics you can cover and provide estimated hours required for each topic.

The training will take place over a 14-week period, with one 6-hours in-person session on Saturdays, and two 1.5-hour online sessions per week. Training is expected to start on July 15th, 2023 and end on October 21th, 2023.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop the last updated version for the detailed syllabus/training plan and training schedule.

Be part of the Interview process for selecting the trainees best for the training, based on well-established criteria.

Develop technical pre and post tests relevant to the course as part of the monitoring and evaluation process.

Deliver the Training according to the approved syllabus and methodology.

Join the weekly updates meeting with the program team to make sure the training runs smoothly and to address any raised issues by the team.

Provide the trainees with digital resources and online tools for ongoing learning and self-learning.

A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in the field of quality assurance.

Deep knowledge and expertise in QA principles and practices.

Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts.

Proficiency with one or more of the QA tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, Appium, and Cucumber.

Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field.

Having proven experience teaching quality assurance courses or workshops would be a significant advantage for the candidate's profile.
