Quality Assurance Officer

A leading trading import and distribution company based in Ramallah. is seeking a highly-qualified Quality Assurance Officer to perform the below activities:

Duties and Responsibilities:
1-Supervise the quality master file through the documentation system.
2-Supervise the preparation of all required documents in quality systems that are related to the Quality department
3-Assure implementation of Quality practices in all areas under the scope of SOPs.
4-Assure good follow up, implementation of Quality requirements.
5-Assure good follow up of all inspection activities in order to ensure adherence to   systems.
6-Assure good follow up for planning and implementing internal audits in order to   ensure and evaluate the quality system.
7-Release or stop products according to integrity of the Suppliers
8-Assure good follow up for the executions of the calibration schedule.
9-Participate in suppliers’ audit and evaluation.
10-Assure good follow up for the environmental and stores monitoring and ensure compliance with requirements.
11-Supervise the pest control in order to guarantee a free pest stores.
12-Assure good follow up and handling of customer complaints.
13-Assure good follow up of the disposal system.
14-Assure good follow up of the training activities for the departments’ employees and to identify training needs in quality areas for all other employees.

Requirements:
-B. Sc. degree in pharmacy, Industrial Engineering or related sciences
-A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Quality in similar fields.
-A sound background in statistics.
-Good management skills.
-Have enough skill in computer usage.
-Good command of Arabic and English language
-Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
