We are looking to hire a Quality Assurance – Tester Engineer to join our company. You will be part of the continued improvement and growth of our Software Solution.

Responsibilities:

Reviews requirements and provides feedback to the Product Owner.
Estimates test effort.
Can create test plans (following IEEE 829 standards).
Writes and executes automated and manual test scripts.
Tests new features, ensuring the implementation matches the requirements. Reports defects and follows them up to resolution.
Runs various types and levels of functional and non-functional tests.
Reviews test cases written by QA Team members.
Shares knowledge with other QA Engineers.
Recommends quality assurance improvements.
Analyses test results for complex projects and prepare test reports.
Works with the Product Team to ensure the requirements are testable.
Learns new practices, solutions, and skills.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

BS/MS Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related subject.
5 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance.
Advanced knowledge of software testing terminology, methods, and tools.
Self-driven, responsible, reliable, and keen to learn.
Having strong analytical and root-cause-finding skills.
Good knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Committed to delivering daily high-quality work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Familiar with non-functional types of testing.
Proficient in the defect life cycle.
Understands software development life cycle.
Familiar with software testing metrics.
Up-to-date with the latest new technologies and tools.
Test automation skills are a plus.
