Quality Control Admin and Store Keeper for Nablus

Ref.No.(HR-QC-SK--HAN-1)

Responsibilities: (but not limited to)
Inspects and confirms Quality control for all repaired phones.
Checks the phone conditions (scratches, broken covers, finger prints, etc...) for all repaired phones transferred from technicians.
Checks all functions (Software Version, power consumption, charging current, audio, connectivity and signal) through GSM tester, Battery analyzer.
Test all repaired handsets with signal symptoms through GSM tester.
Fills the Quality control check list which attached by all repaired handsets.
Checks all cases on cosmos system and submitting notes for the status of the devices.
Responsible for collecting the defective parts,. and categorized them in two boxes one to be send monthly to Samsung HQ and the other to be kept in the branch for auditing purposes.
Arrange & organize the spare parts in the shelves in a proper way.
Archiving of all documents for POs, Transfers, Dispatching Part Form & Counter sale.
Prepare a daily report for all consumed parts in the previous day, and matches with GSPN system.
Responsible for transfer all parts to other SVC Center branches after take the approval from Supervisor.
Allocates the parts for each part number through GSPN system (Define a Bin location on GSPN).
Matches all used or consumed parts physically with GSPN System.
Keeps stock control system updated, daily, weekly, monthly all the needed parts and to be directed to the forecasting & ordering Supervisor.
Participates in Stocktaking.
Stocktaking the received parts from SELV or from other branch and updates the Supervisor regarding to any missing or mismatch.
Performing other duties as and when requested by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications required:
BCs engineering degree or associates degree in IT or equivalent field.
Excellent command of English language.
Fresh Graduate.
Proficient in relevant computer applications.
Proficient experience in Microsoft office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
