Job Description

Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Quality Control Manager for a leading company in the food industry, located in Ramallah, Palestine.

Reporting to the General Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for continuous improvement and evaluation of company manufacturing procedures with the aim of establishing excellent manufacturing practices.
Manage all records and stages of product traceability.
Ensure proper documentation of all critical measures.
Conduct periodic internal quality reviews for cycle benchmarks.
Manage quality control team and monitor their performance in various key activities.
Responsibility for all reporting and technical evaluation requirements.

Job Requirements

Special Requirements & Skills:

Comprehensive knowledge of all factory sections, whether it is production machines, various production processes, laboratories, etc.
Proven experience in a relevant role.
Excellent Analytical Skills.
Well-organized and has strong, well-structured communications skills.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and understands the importance of meeting deadlines.
Ability and willingness to travel.

Years of experience:

Total 10 years of experience, and a minimum of 7 years in a relevant role.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Science with a major in an appropriate area, such as (Food Science or Microbiology).

Location:
Ramallah, Palestine.

Languages Required:
Very Good in English. Fluent in Arabic.
