Quality Control Officer Ref.No. (HR-QC-HAN-2)
Responsibilities:
Inspects and confirms Quality control for all repaired phones.
Checks the phone conditions (scratches, broken covers, finger prints, etc...) for all repaired phones transferred from technicians.
Checks all functions (Software Version, power consumption, charging current, audio, connectivity and signal) through GSM tester, Battery analyzer.
Test all repaired handsets with signal symptoms through GSM tester.
Fills the Quality control check list which attached by all repaired handsets.
Prepares daily report that showing the summary of the testing results.
Checks all cases on cosmos system and submitting notes for the status of the devices.
Adhere to quality control process.
Attends any required training.
Performing other duties as and when requested by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications required:
BCs engineering degree or associates degree in IT or equivalent field.
Excellent command of English language.
Fresh Graduate.
Proficient in relevant computer applications.
Proficient experience in Microsoft office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
