Quality Control Officer

BCI is intending to recruit a highly qualified individual to fill the position of:
Quality Control Officer Ref. No (HR-QCO-01)
Main responsibilities:
- Check the Quality of the repaired phones.
- Create warranty claims for the repaired devices on daily basis.
- To send the tested devices to the customer care help desk attached with delivery sheet during the day.
- To fill the QC report daily and send it to the direct manager.
- To send weekly results of the failure ratio and productivity to the warranty admin (Copy of the QC report filtered on that week).
- Calming all the jobs that have closed during the monthly closing, and making sure that all the closed devices on that month are claimed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Computer Science , Engineering
- Excel and Power Point Professional
- 1 years' experience in QC.
