A consultant company, based in Ramallah, is looking to hire a qualified candidate for the position of Quantity Surveyor.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

A university degree in Civil Engineering.
5+ years of experience in quantity take-off and calculation.
Experienced in the methods and procedures of engineering measurement.
Attention to detail and accuracy in quantity take-offs and bill of quantities preparation.
Knowledge of contract administration and procurement processes.
Knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
Good budgeting skills.
Good organizational and planning skills.
Excellent English skills with outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
Excellent Computer skills in Microsoft Office.
Effective time management skills.
