ARD, Inc. is the implementing partner for the USAID funded Civic Engagement Program. ARD, Inc. is looking for experienced professional to be based in our Jerusalem Office for the following position:
1-Receptionist
Duration: 23 Months
Location: Jerusalem
Two years of professional experience with USAID programs or International NGOs as a receptionist. The primary responsibilities of the receptionist include maintaining an office information management system; answering, forwarding and handling all external and internal communications; greeting and direction of office visitors; handling, copying and distribution of documents.

Other requirements include:
- Diploma in executive secretary or other related field
-Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written, aural and verbal)
- Proficiency in computer programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work within a team, at a fast pace and under pressure
