Job Description
Functional Responsibilities
- Welcomes visitors, registers them, provides them with information and directs them to the appropriate staff member
- Answers and redirects incoming calls and answers questions when possible
- Performs some secretarial work depending on the needs (i.e. dispatching mail, updating contacts and movements lists, addresses etc., and keeps track of telephone bills)
- Has an overview of the movement of all staff and informs them in case of problem on the road
- Dispatches internally security related SMS as per established rules

Job Requirements
Education & professional experience:
- Certification in reception work, hotel management or equivalent
- Good computer skills (Word & Excel) and familiar with familiar with office equipment (i.e. copiers, scanners and printers)
- Proficiency in customer services
- Excellent command of Arabic language, very good command (spoken and written) of English; Hebrew language skills is an asset

- Professional demeanor
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Motivated and quick learner
- Multi-tasker, calm, detail-oriented and organized
