ARD, Inc.is the implementing partner for the USAID funded Civic Engagement Program. ARD, Inc.is looking for experienced professional to be based in our Jerusalem Office for the following position:
Receptionist
Duration:18 Months
Location:Jerusalem

Two years of professional experience with USAID programs or International NGOs as a receptionist. The primary responsibilities of the receptionist include maintaining an office information management system; answering, forwarding and handling all external and internal communications; handling, copying and distribution of documents.

Other requirements include:
-Diploma in executive secretary or other related field
-Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written, aural and verbal)
-Proficiency in computer programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)
-Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work within a team, at a fast pace and under pressure
