Job Description
RIYADA Consulting and Training, a Palestinian development consultancy firm based in Ramallah is looking for a Full-Time:
Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Qualifications:
-A diploma or university degree in office management, executive secretary, business administration or related field from an accredited college / university.
-At least one - two years of work experience related to support program activities within an NGO environment. New graduates can also apply.
-Experience in writing and preparing reports, minutes, presentations etc.
-Demonstrated skills in multiple task monitoring and follow- up.
-Strong computer skills including: MS Word, Excel, Power Point and project management software.
-Fluent written and oral English and Arabic skills.
-Strong communication and public relations skills.
-Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
