Receptionist and Administrative Assistant

A leading consulting engineering firm based in Ramallah is seeking qualified and Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our team

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide Front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally. 
  • Assist the day- to- day management of the office, operations support, and logistics.
  • Maintain and updates Human Resources and project files, correspondence, program documents, and reports.
  • Provide full admin support to the team and department 
  • Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties 
  • Provide office supplies (Stationery & kitchen supplies) and maintain adequate stocks; task includes ordering new supplies, identifying new suppliers and obtaining the best price for Alert.
  • Assist in managing the procurement activates specific to internal office needs.
  • Follow up on health insurance claims for staff with Insurance Company.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • At least 1 years’ experience of working within an office environment.
