Receptionist / Bookkeeper -RB/TTPP/09

ACF (Action Against Hunger - Spain) is a humanitarian, non-governmental, nonpolitical,
non-denominational and non-profit making organisation working in the Palestinian Territory since 2002.
ACF is recruiting for its Hebron office a : For an initial 4 months period
The candidate will:
1-Answer incoming telephone calls, take messages or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
2-Register and distribute incoming correspondence
3-Type and send letters when requested
4-Organise and file paper and electronic files
5-Manage the Hebron Office petty cash
6-Follow up the staff health insurance issues
7-Translate documents and interpret when needed Profile of the candidate:
8-Previous experience in a similar position, preferably within an INGO, for at least one year
9-Related academic studies
10-Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
11-Good organisational skills
12-Fluent in Arabic and English
