Receptionist/ Secretary

Job Description
Ertec for construction & trading is looking to employ an energetic and professional  receptionist/ secretary in Nablus.

The position responsibilities include but not be limited to:
-General reception duties & answering telephones
-Data entry and file set-up
-Booking and coordinating appointments
-Typing and proof-reading of professional reports, letters, memos
-Preparing invoices and ensuring incoming accounts are up-to-date

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have
-Excellent command in English and Arabic Language.
-From Nablus Area
-Exceptional organisational and time management skills
-strong interpersonal & communication skills
-A high level of attention to detail
-The ability to learn new things up quickly
-Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
