Ahleia Insurance Group (AIG) is a leading insurance company in Palestine. We strive to lead in the Palestinian insurance market while contributing to the development of the Palestinian community. The Ahleia Insurance Group was first established in 1994 under the name Gaza Ahleia Insurance Company.

Position Title: Recruiter
(Code: LASTNAME / Recruiter)

Key Responsibilities
-Writing job descriptions in Arabic and English
-Posting on job ads and newspapers
-Receiving and uploading resumes to the recruiting system
-Calling candidates and scheduling meetings for them to write exams
-Administering Ahlia standardized exams
-Marking standardized exams
-Summarizing candidate details, exam results and all data in excel and send it to the hiring manager. 
-Scheduling interviews of the short-list for the hiring manager
-After hiring manager decision, send candidate details and hiring approval to HR
-Performs other duties as assigned.


Key Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in engineering, accounting, math, economics, finance, or  related field or equivalent experience
-Fluent in English and Arabic Languages.
-Advanced proficiency Microsoft Office
-Excellent attention to detail and proficiency skills
-Excellent administration skills and efficiency
-Ability to learn and self-development
-Ability to meet tight deadlines
