Recruiter & HR Coordinator
Job Description
Summary Scope of Work:
The Recruiter & Coordinator will be responsible for LGHR operational activities and the hiring process success for LGHR clients. He/She will be in charge of the following;
Recruiter Role Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide recruitment services to businesses and seek top talent.
- Interview candidates and managing the hiring process.
- Utilize social media and other tools to locate qualified individuals.
- Provide professional profiling and CV writing services.
- Identify and seek new clients.
CoordinatorRole Duties & Responsibilities: :
- Coordinate all aspects of the Recruitment operations for LGHR; including but not limited to the end-to-end recruitment process, follow-up and support Recruitment Consultants, internal units and management.
- Support/participate in special projects and assignments.
- Coordinate activities/plans of outreach (Local and abroad) both for candidates and clients, as well as participating in conferences/summits.
- Managing communication with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing campaigns.
- Managing LGHR recruitment systems, social media channels.

Job Requirements
Special Requirements & Skills:
- Strong skills in locating and reaching solid talent.
- strong communicator, solid negotiator, organized and have an eye for details.
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-tasking are essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service approach.
- Proficient in Google Drive applications (Highly preferred).
- Knowledge in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (Highly preferred).
- Efficient social media platforms and candidates reach.
- Experience in recruiting and/or human resources
Total Years of Experience:
- 2-6 years of experience in relevant field
Education & Certificates Required:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Languages Required:
- Excellent English Language.
