IntraHealth International Inc. is the implementing partner for the USAID funded Palestinian Health Capacity Project (PHCP). IntraHealth- PHCP is looking for experienced professionals to be based in its Ramallah Office for the following position:

Referral Financial Advisor

The Referral Financial Advisor will provide technical assistance to the Palestinian Ministry of Health’s Service Purchase Unit (SPU) employees to carry out financial audits of referred medical cases, analyze data and processes pertaining to the referral cases reviewed, and make recommendations for the referral audit system.

Applicants should have at a minimum, master’s level education in accounting, finance, or related degree; 8 years of relevant experience in accounting and auditing, working experience with the government and local partners in implementing aid programs, working knowledge of health services and processes in West Bank and East Jerusalem, excellent command of spoken and written English language, good verbal and written communications skills in Hebrew is a plus.
