IntraHealth International Inc. is the implementing partner for the USAID funded Palestinian Health Capacity Project (PHCP). IntraHealth- PHCP is looking for experienced professionals to be based in its Ramallah Office for the following position:
 

Referral Management Advisor

The Referral Management Advisor will provide technical assistance to Service Purchase Unit (SPU) employees to carry out financial and medical audit of referred cases to Israeli hospitals, analyze data and processes pertaining to the referral cases reviewed, and make recommendation for the referral audit system. Furthermore, the Referral Management Advisor will provide technical support to implement the recommended tools and mechanisms to help the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Finance in improving the medical and financial audit system related to Israeli Hospital referrals. Applicants should have at a minimum, master’s degree in business administration or related field and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field; 8 years of experience working in finance, accounting, medical coding and billing; working experience with the government and local partners  in implementing aid programs, with working knowledge of health services and processes in jobs.ps West Bank and Israel, knowledge of medical audit processes is a plus and very good verbal and written communications skills in Arabic, English and Hebrew.
