IntraHealth International Inc. is the implementing partner for the USAID funded Palestinian Health Capacity Project (PHCP). IntraHealth- PHCP is looking for experienced professionals to be based in its Ramallah Office for the following position:

Referral Technical Advisor

The Referral Technical Advisor will provide technical assistance to the Palestinian Ministry of Health (PMOH) and its Service Purchase Unit (SPU), as well as referral facilities on certain referral management processes and capacity building tasks pertaining to medical and technical aspects of the referral process.

Applicants should have at a minimum, a degree in a clinical health-related field plus public health (mix of the two degrees between bachelor and master’s degree); 8 years of experience working in the health sector and/or development areas with the government and local partners in implementing aid programs, excellent command of spoken and written English language, good verbal and written communications skills in Hebrew is a plus.
