Regional Administration and Finance Coordinator

Job Description
AFSC - Quaker Service is looking for a Regional Administration and Finance Coordinator for its Middle East regional office based in East Jerusalem.

This is the job for you if you are:
-A self-starter and task-oriented
-Someone who enjoys working with people from different backgrounds
-Open to learning
The main purpose of the job will be to:
-Identify, lease and equip office premises
-Establish administrative procedures and policies
-Ensure legal compliance
-Provide oversight of the regional finances

Minimum requirements:
-First degree in business and administration or related field
-Fluent Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential, Hebrew is desirable
-Experience of working in an administrative and/or finance role
-People management experience including leadership and supervision responsibilities
-Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
-Familiar with MS Office applications
