Registration Coordinator

Job Description
  • Receive, review, and process admission applications submitted by prospective students.
  • Verify that every application is accurate and fully entered into the admissions database.
  • Track and manage application statuses and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in the database.
  • Receive and prepare student requests for transcripts and other official documents.
  • Update and maintain physical and digital student files and archives.
  • Assist students with course registration processes, including providing guidance on registration procedures and troubleshooting registration issues.
  • Coordinate with academic departments to ensure accurate course scheduling and availability.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors to the Registrar's Office.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and always maintain confidentiality.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Dean, including preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Report directly to the Dean.

Job Requirements
  • A BA degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or any related field.
  • Three years of work experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet navigation.
  • A very good knowledge in databases.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and work independently with a sense of urgency and high level of accuracy.
  • Good command of the Arabic and English languages, both oral and written
  • Performs well under pressure.
  • Good work attitude and a team player
