Reporting Officer
Job summary
1. Reports’ writing
Reporting officer should be able to write projects’ quarter, mid term and final reports in addition to annual report. She/he has to follow the instructions of programs manager and work under her supervision.
2. documents’ translation
Reporting officer should be able to translate document from English to Arabic and from Arabic to English, such as reports and articles, in addition to interpreting.
3. Public relations officer assisting
Reporting officer will work directly with public relations officer and she/he has to assist her in proposal writing and communication with donors.
4. Data collection from field
Reporting officer has to be able to collect data from field through communicating with field officer and being able to make forms to collect
needed data.
Qualifications and Requirements
1. To have a bachelor degree in English language, Business administration or any related field.
2. To write, read and communicate PERFECTLY in English.
3. To be able to work under pressure and within a team.
4. To be able to learn and improve.
5. To have two years of experience at least in NGOs.
6. To have good writing and reporting skills.
