Reporting Supervisor

Data Collection, Analysis, and Integrity:

• Gather data from various sources, which may include survey, databases, and external references.
• Collaborate and Coordinate with Massader’s cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to collect and consolidate relevant data and information for reporting purposes.
• Analyze data using statistical, qualitative, or quantitative research methods.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data by conducting regular data quality checks and implementing data validation processes.
• Communicate research results to various stakeholders, including higher management team and CEO.
• Provide technical assistance and support to Massader’s cross-functional teams to improve the quality of the submitted data and information.

Report and Presentation:

• Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics in both languages (English and Arabic).
• Generate regular reports for Massader’s higher management team and board members in both languages (English and Arabic).
• Prepare detailed high-level presentations in both languages (English and Arabic) that show Massader’s business strategic plans in a clear, creative, and comprehensible manner.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics or in a relevant field.
• Professional certificate in report writing and presentation skills.
• 3-4 years of proven recorded experience in reporting, data analysis or similar related activities.
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills in both languages (English and Arabic).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English and Arabic
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, data visualisations tools)
• Attention to detail, highly level of accuracy, and orderly approach to tasks; ability to problem-solve, manage multiple tasks effectively and follow up where required.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure learns quickly and displays initiative.
• General knowledge of Renewable Energy sector is desirable.
