Request for Technical and Financial Offers for:
Development of a three-year strategic plan of Save Youth Future Society

Introduction
SYF is an independent Palestinian development, training, scientific and cultural institution established in Marsh 2001, registered by law as a non-profit organization. SYFS work is informed by the necessity of creating independent, self-reliant initiatives that lead to the achievement of sustainable development, and which incorporate values of self-sufficiency and self-empowerment. SYF especially appreciates the important role youth and women have in society, and therefore strive to enhance and increase their contribution in the community.
Late 2012, the SYFS started implementing "Broadening, Empowering and Enhancement of youth towards Participation" project, funded by the US Agency for International Development USAID and implemented by Catholic Relief Services CRS, Civic Participation Program CPP. The project aims at providing supportive and facilitative environment to university students in Gaza towards better participation through dialogue and interaction aiming for prevailing uncertainty facing university students through empowerment of youth who are potentially creating new leadership to be responsive to youth students' needs and concerns.
In parallel, the project focuses also on improving the operational and technical capacities of the organization through staff development, development of work manuals, review and enhancement of applied systems and work procedures, etc.

Under this consultancy, the organization will go through strategic planning exercise in order to determine the type and size of its endeavors to achieve its mission, and to reflect these programmatic maps on its structure and work operations. Ultimately, the organization is looking for enhancing its programming as well as management functions to better serve/represent its beneficiaries.

-Submission deadline: 22nd April 2013.

-Submission must be in two separate printed  and signed technical and financial offers for above mentioned service, before Monday 22nd of April 2013 to Save Youth Future society office, Gaza City, Al Halabi St. Al Moataz Building, 1stFloor .
