Resource Development Officer

Brief description:

The Resource Development Officer is responsible to follow up with donors, increasing the unrestricted donations in support of the music education program focusing on individuals, foundations and private sector companies locally and internationally. Working on full-time basis, the officer is accountable to the Senior Resource and Public Relations Officer and the Executive Director.

Major Duties:

1. Fundraising from private individuals, institutes and companies locally and internationally.
2. Contribute to developing the donor database and track and implement its requirements accordingly and as per the system developed.
3. Contribute to writing proposals, reports and other materials upon the request of the Senior Officer and Executive Director.
4. Identify and create new strategic partnerships.
5. expand ESNCM relations with international and local donors and sponsors.

Requirements:
The ESNCM is looking for a person with the following qualities:

1. A highly motivated person with a rich background of working in resource development preferably in the cultural and educational fields.
2. High proficiency in Arabic and English languages; a third language proficiency is an advantage
3. An open personality with excellent communication skills.
4. Advanced knowledge and skills in the use of computer and modern marketing and networking technologies.
5. Ability and flexibility to work within a team.
6. BA in relevant field and good experience in similar positions.
