Title  :  Cooperating Partner for the implementation of WFP’s  General Food Assistance/ Cash Based Transfer voucher activity in the Gaza Strip
Purpose   :  The purpose of this proposal is the selection of cooperating partner for the implementation of General Food Assistance / Cash Based Transfer voucher activity in the Gaza Strip
Location  :   Gaza Strip
Agreement type  :   Field Level Agreement
Closing date  :    15:00 on Thursday 20 October 2016

Background:

WFP Palestine started the implementation of the Cash Based Transfers (CBT) activity (value voucher) in 2009 through use of paper vouchers and in 2010 moved to the electronic voucher modality. Currently, WFP Palestine is reaching around 173,600 individuals through value voucher activities in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip where these targeted individuals/families receive magnetic cards issued by WFP Palestine.

Method of submission:

The proposal should be submitted in two parts consisting of the following:

 "PART "A"-TECHNICAL PROPOSAL
Cooperating Partner for the implementation of WFP’s General Food Assistance/ Cash Based Transfer voucher activity in the Gaza Strip  

Note: No financial information should be included in the Technical Proposal

Second Part: this part should only contain the cost indications related to your technical proposal. It should be clearly marked:

 
"PART "B"-FINANCIAL PROPOSAL
Cooperating Partner for the implementation of WFP’s General Food Assistance/ Cash Based Transfer voucher activity in the Gaza Strip
The submission of the financial proposal should be as per the attached budget format

Third Envelop: The two above-mentioned envelopes shall be put into a third envelope. This envelope shall be marked:

NOT TO BE OPENED BY REGISTRY

Your proposal should be submitted by hand to the WFP office as follows:

The submission of the proposal should be from Sunday to Thursday (8:00 am -3:00 pm)

The submission of the proposal should be from Monday to Friday (8:00 am -3:00 pm)
