Russian Speaking Programme Coordinator, Integrity Education - Europe & Central Asia

Reflecting our substantial growth since creation over six years ago, Integrity Education Network (IEN) seeks an experienced professional to support its network development in Europe and Central Asia (ECA). The Programme Coordinator will work closely with the Yerevan-based Programme Manager of ECA and will be responsible for planning, budgeting and efficient implementation of activities and reporting. Based in Jerusalem, the Programme Coordinator will also support the work of the IEN team overall, assisting in setting standards and developing systems and tools to achieve high-quality impact in other regional programs and activities.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:

- Ensuring workflow and timely delivery of day-to-day activities in several countries, from inception (strategy, planning, budgeting) to completion (implementation, monitoring, evaluation) including travel as needed.
- Planning and implementing logistical and administrative aspects of network activities; coordinating meetings and trainings, managing production of educational materials.
- Assisting in the preparation of funding proposals.
- Ensuring the submission of high quality, timely reports to Tiri, partners and donors.
- Providing additional support to Tiri’s ongoing activities in ECA including events planning, preparing and implementing budgets.

Qualifications/Skills required:

- Completion of BA degree in business administration, international development or related field. An advanced university degree in relevant field strongly preferred.
- 5 years’ experience and successful record in with increasing responsibility including doing budget-related tasks for non-governmental organisations active in international development (preferably in the governance, transparency and/or accountability field).
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Russian is required; knowledge of other ECA languages is an asset.
- Professionalism and organizational skills including attention to detail.
- Excellent administrative skills, including the use of Excel, databases, web-based tools.
- Flexibility and adaptability with a positive attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills including in multicultural environments.
- Ability to work under pressure on various concurrent assignments with changing priorities.
- Experience or interest in anti-corruption, governance and accountability a plus.

Duty station: Based in Jerusalem.
