International Relief and Development (IRD) is a nongovernmental, nonprofit organization, operating in the West Bank and Gaza since December 2007. IRD is seeking to hire qualified Engineers in the West Bank for the upcoming USAID –Funded projects under the Infrastructure Needs Program. The position is as follows:

-Minimum 5 years of experience in safety/environmental compliance on infrastructure projects. Project Quantity and Land Surveyor:
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a project quantity and land surveyor in road construction, earthwork, or other similar projects.
All Positions/Candidates must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in the English language.
