Sales Account Manager

Established in 1995, BCI was founded to meet the needs of emerging regional ICT markets with a sound knowledge base and a strong network of global partners, BCI has since evolved into a regionally recognized advisor and provider of top of the line services and solutions spanning a range of sectors. BCI is intending to recruit a highly qualified individual to fill the position of :

Main responsibilities:
-Manages relationship with assigned accounts & specific segments
-Field visits to all potential & existing customers.
-Tracks and targets potential customers.
-Ensures customer satisfactions by meeting delivery dates and quantities.
-Follows up all official offers (request for proposals) either directly, through public channels or newspapers.
-Prepares needed presentations and marketing material.
-Scans sales opportunities and identifies market changes and trends.
-Achieves the sales target.
-Follows up and coordinates with customers on billing and collection.
-Customer Retentions.

Qualifications and Skills required:
-B.Sc. degree in business administration, engineering or related field.
-Strong sales and negotiation skills with at least two years’ experience in the internet field.
-Excellent communication and writing skills in both Arabic and English.
-Understands the importance of Relationship Development.
-Ability to understand the customers’ business and what drives their decision making.
-Time Management with ability to mutli-task in a challenging environment and adherence to deadlines.
-Goal oriented, self-motivated and managed, and team player.
-Ability to achieve targets, KPIs, reports, and quotas.
-Jerusalem ID is preferred.
