We are seeking a talented Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Ramallah, Palestine.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing successful relationships with clients.
- Managing a portfolio of key accounts.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands NTS customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Acting as a point of contact for customers.
- Understanding client needs and visions.
- Providing resolution for problems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with the products provided
- Supervising team members assigned to customer accounts.
- Setting and tracking sales targets.
- Working to KPIs.
- Generating new business using customer network.

Job Requirements
- BA in Business administration, IT, CIS or a related field
- Proven two years’ experience as account manager
- Experience in Network Infrastructure, Security Solution, IT equipment, and IT Software .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Valid Driving License.
