You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities for growth. Your role will involve building strong relationships, supervising account representatives, and driving sales performance to meet company objectives.

Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure long-term success and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their individual needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities by leveraging existing and potential customer networks.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the client base.
- Evaluate tender documents to determine alignment with 2Bone1 Technology’s offerings and strategic goals
- Verify compliance with tender requirements, including technical specifications, pricing, and legal terms
- Resolve conflicts and provide effective solutions to clients in a timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive problem-solving.
