Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in Ramallah. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing client relationships, driving sales growth and exploring new business opportunities. This role also involves supervising the current sales employee and managing a growing sales team as the business expands.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management:
    • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
    • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
    • Supervise and mentor the current sales employee, ensuring alignment with company goals.
    • Recruit, train, and manage additional sales team members as the business grows.
    • Work closely with the Pre-Sales team to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • •  Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and regional markets.
    • Research market trends and build a pipeline of potential clients.
    • Establish partnerships and strategic collaborations with key stakeholders.
  • Strategy and Reporting:
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance, business development progress, and market insights.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in Cyber Security or Software Solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to market expansion.
  • Fluency in English.
