Medical Supplies & Services Company is one of the leading and most diversified healthcare product suppliers in Palestine is seeking to hire the following vacancy:

Job Title: Sales and Collection Officer

Job Purpose

Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies

Job Description:

Account Receivables
Account Payable
Monitoring of Aging Reports and Collection
Management of workflow
Management of filing system in accordance with the Office regulations and standard operating procedures
Data entry and processes follow up
Follow up and management of purchase/Sales orders
Arranging logistics for internal and external meetings
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements
Perform sales analysis
Stocks reporting and providing input on purchasing forecasts and plans
Preparations of quotations, competition analysis and data collection
Follow up and coordination of aging reports and collection with the finance department
Ensure the implementation of the standard operational procedures.
Perform any other tasks required by the supervisor

Job Requirements

Academic qualification

Bachelor’s degree

Preferable:

Biomedical Engineering
MBA (Advantage)

Experience

At least two years experience in administration field

Languages

Fluent in Arabic and English

Personal Profile

Committed and able to work under pressure

Able to see things from the other person's point of view and a team player

Skills

Computer skills: Must be adept in use of MS Office Package, particularly Excel and Word

Reporting skills

Writing Skills

Organizational skills

Communication skills

Requirements:

Driving license
