Sales and Customer Care Officer

Deelzat is a “e-Commerce” company that tends to humanize eCommerce by presenting its socially integrated Seller Focused Marketplace. Deelzat’s main focus is to offer the end-to-end beyond sale solution to the social sellers, to be able to independently sell without worrying about the logistics and operations hassle. Along with opening a whole new world of diverse and unique products for buyers.

Deelzat is expecting candidates for the following positions:

Sales and Customer Care Officer: This position will be in-office for phone calls and Seller care

Responsibilities:

• Daily Phone calls
• Retention calls with existing sellers
• Maintaining existing sellers/Accounts and act as a professional contact to satisfy client needs.

Requirements:

• Certificate diploma in Business administration, or a related filed.
• Proven experience in customer care .
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
