Job Title: Sales & Application Specialist

Job Purpose

Following Up of daily sales processes of medical LAB equipment, maintaining good customer relations and developing procedures to achieve sales targets & customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

1. Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims

1. Plan regular customer visits.

3. Manage personal time and productivity
4. Provide customer training
5. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical methods, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
6. Log information on sales enquiries received, maintain detailed records
7. Respond to and follow up of Sales calls
8. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information
9. Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements
10. Develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills
11. Follow the standard operational procedures
12. Prepare regular field visits schedules for sales activities
