Job Description

Business Alliance HR Services is recruiting a Sales Civil Engineer (Building/ Construction) for a company working in the Construction Sector located in Ramallah, Palestine.

Reporting to: Sales Coordinator

Type of Contract: Full-time/ Permanent

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan detailed presentations that show clients the product info, pricing, and benefits.
Meet with clients at appointments for sales presentations and close the sales deals.
Establish new, and maintain existing, relationships with clients.
Liaise with clients and a variety of professionals including Architects, Structural Engineers, Developers, Contractors, and Subcontractors.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

Job Requirements

Special Requirements & Skills:

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, construction/building experience is highly preferable.
Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Computer proficiency and the ability to accurately enter data and generate reports.
Ability and willingness to travel among West Bank as per the job requirements.
Valid driving license.

Total Years of Experience:

2 - 5 years of experience, preferable in sales.

Education & Certificates Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Location:

Ramallah, Palestine.

Languages Required:
Fluent in Arabic & English
