Palestine Motors Company, a leading company in the automotive industry and official importer of Mitsubishi Motors, is currently seekingto a hire Sales Consultants according to the below requirements:

Main Responsibilities:

-Support prospecting activities for selected target groups in his or her sales territory
-Generate sales within given targets from the sales manager
-Assist customers at the service desk and on the telephone
-Prepare the orders for new or needed cars
-Ensure that Sales Productivity meets the required levels and expectations of the organization.
-Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms, prepare contracts, record orders and close sales.
-Establish excellent relationships with all customers
-Make sure the client has full knowledge of the product he/she purchased and how to manage all of the controls inside it.
-Follow up with customers to insure the max number of sales
-Ensure customers understand the collections procedures and resolve customer complaints and enquires as they arise.
-Work out customers' needs and explain and demonstrate products to them, which may involve technical descriptions of products.
-Develop techniques to increase client base and ensure sales enquires are realised successfully
-Follow up with vendors and customers and answer any queries.
-Develop and maintain a good customer service enhancing the operations of the company
-Ensure that work is achieved to support the strategic plan of the department and company
-Establish excellent relationships with all private companies, and the governmental sectors
-Coordinate appointments with potential customers and appointments for delivery/handover
-Handle related issues to customs, registration, pre delivery maintenance and insurance.
-Handle complaints to the full satisfaction of the customer and the company
-Coordinate with the operations department and PDI to ensure the sold vehicle is ready on time for the customer.
-Develop and provide systematic After Sales customer care in order to create the basis for the repeat sales


Skills and experience:

-A minimum of B.A degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
-A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sales.
-Reporting skills.
-Excellent command of English & Arabic; both writing and speaking.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Leadership charisma


-Applicant need to be residing in Ramallah city.
