Sales Coordinator
Abu Khader Automotive, a leading company in the automotive industry and official importer of well-known international brands, is currently seeking the below positions:
Sales Coordinator X 1
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide office support to the sales team.
- Collaborate with other departments to finalize sales contracts.
- Manage all sales documentation.
- Manager purchase orders.
- Prepare and manage all formal letters
- Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
- Arrange appointments.
- Answer customers phone calls and emails.
- Organize meetings.
- Undertake any adhoc initiatives or tasks as requested by the direct manager.
Skills and experience:
- A minimum of B.A degree in Business Administration.
- A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a related field.
- Ability to write, present and respond to customers and staff members in a professional manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Must be residing in Ramallah city.
