Lacasa Mall is recruiting a full time Sales for a Lacasa Fashion Company, Located in Ramallah-Al Rehan- Palestine.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Actively generate sales to meet or exceed targets.
Assist customers in their purchase decisions by helping them select relevant and appropriate products, offering proper advice and suggesting gift vouchers when applicable.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers.
Presentable and good behavior.
Arrange and replenish on a continuous basis the shop shelves and ensure that the shop floor and shelves are kept clean and tidy at all times.
Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
Superior product knowledge
Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.

Job Requirements

Special Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
Retail sales experience.
Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Presentable and a professional appearance.
Strong Communications Skills.
Work under pressure.
Teamwork.
Fresh graduates are welcomed

1-3 preferably in a related sector
