Sales Manager

NTS is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the position Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
-Effectively execute and manage all elements of the sales process on an individual level while effectively documenting and managing goals and deliverables.
-Participate in building & maintaining our dynamic sales team -- Team will consist of sales and account managers assigned to specific market areas to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
-Manage Sales forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Manage the short and medium term pipeline.
-Collaborate with management to establish and recommend realistic sales goals for the company across all service lines.
-Develop and manage relationships with our key partners & customers.
-Skillfully negotiates with others to achieve desired results and meet customer needs.
-Develop and maintain customer target accounts based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads.
-Ensure consistent, profitable revenue through pro-active planning, deployment and management of sales team.
-Identify trends, objectives, strategies and action plans to improve sales earnings.
-Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
-Provide quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
-In collaboration with our internal management, Influence how company resources are utilized to exceed client requirements & expectations.
Desired Skills and Experience
Skills & Qualifications:
-5+ years’ experience in IT Solutions and software services selling to organizations of all sizes
-Excellent track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
-Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
-Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
-Ability to confidently & effectively present to executive level client contacts
-Proven ability to execute a successful sales plan while motivating and leading the sales team
-University Degree in Computer Science, Marketing or related field.
-Must have a valid driving license and a car.
