Sales Manager
Signaturemotors Co. is currently seeking a Sales Manager
He/She will be responsible for planning and management of selling vehicles
and Additionally, he/she plays a key role in setting and achieving sales forecasts and targets as well as any other tasks agreed with the G.M.
He/She is responsible for increasing the Sales of vehicles Products.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify coaching needs and promote training opportunities
- Create action plan and effectively manage sales managers and sales staff
- Develop future sales managers and professionals throughout job growth, training, development and performance and provide guidance, support and motivation to ensure employees are maximizing their ability and growth potential
- Work closely with sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods
- Create the annual dealership sales forecasts by estimating total vehicle sales, gross and operating profits as well as expenses for the new and used sales departments.
- Manage appropriate supply of new and used vehicles and ordering/acquiring vehicle inventory
- Oversee standards for displaying and merchandising both new and used vehicles as well as reviewing and initialing all promotions before they are finalized.
- Addressing customer complaints to ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained.
- Auditing all appraisals of trade-in vehicles.
- Issuing all demonstration vehicles and ensuring that appropriate dealership records are maintained.
- Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture
- Set an example of professionalism
- Assess and continuously manage sales team to ensure individual and department sales goals and target revenues are met or exceeded
Job Requirements
- Minimum Ten years in a dealership sales environment.
- Minimum five years’ experience with managing multiple departments and people
- Verifiable track record of managing department profitability while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability work extended hours, evenings and weekends to achieve organizational goals
- Successful background in a financial, sales, budgeting role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals
- A strong background in business and mathematics
- Strong written and communication skills
- Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation/closing skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Consistent and stable work history
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and work ethic
Education Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing ,or related course
- Minimum Ten years of proven sales management experience required
